The level of incompetence.

I visited Dischem Brooklyn on the 29/04/2022 at 12:00 to get my daughters immunization. Today I call Dischem helpline on *** to confirm todays appointment only to be told that Sis Lesego I believe did not book for her. I requested she makes the booking for her at Dischem Bloem Loch Logan because I will be this side. Please note that I am one parent who wants to be present each time my daughter needs to be seen by her paediatrician or any of her immunity shots. I work with a schedule and today she was meant to be going to Dischem Bloem Loch Logan and due to someone’s incompetence I need to drive next week again to Bloemfontein to attend to this which was meant to be today. I am literally disgusted by such incompetence.
