The Dischem foundation needs to be fixed

It's sad after so many purchases I have to complain,I'm a stage 4 leukemia patient and every month i purchase from dischem,so end of June I did an online purchase,and sadly things where missing,and no one cared to informed me.only after delivery I knew about this I know that of something is not available in a store ,that store should not get my order I waited almost 5 days for delivery (which was by far the longest I waited ,never the less I waited but I'm very disappointed as I'm a loyal customer of dischem to be treated in such a manner,I spend nothing less than R1000 a month and to receive service like this is terrible.i did e-mail customer service and they said they store would call me it's almost the end of another month.no one cared ,honestly if this is they way the foundation and attitude of the dischem brand is,I wount mind giving my business to someone else ,maybe they would value it more
