Thank you to Rhoda Forttein (Pharmacy Manager)

On 14/07/2026 I was assisted by the Pharmacy Manager Rhoda Forttein regarding my medication, with due respect she spoke to my son over the phone without hesitating and she explain everything to Him because he is the one who is paying for them. She processes everything on the next day since it was late already, I didn't wait that long than I expected, if it wasn't my sons side issues I was going to get them sooner. On the second week I received a call from Her to come and collect my medication as it was fully paid by my son. My heart is full of gratitude for her expertise assistance, I truly couldn't have done it without her assistance, she really made things easier for me. Thank you, Dis-Chem Krugersdorp for employing such wonderful staff and management. I use your Pharmacy because your staff makes my life easy all the time and I don't regret choosing you as my Pharmacy.
