I purchased a Aquasonic electric toothbush mid January for R645 and three week ago it started not to work. I phoned Aquasonic and spoke to Jackie who told me that since I lost the slip I will have to pay R250 for repairs and Aquasonic will not exchange it.

Then I went to Dischem Olympus where I purchased the brush and I was asked if I want a refund or exchange with no hustle. I was not even asked for a slip. I took a more reliable and trusted brand Oral B .
