Thank you

I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude to the staff and sister at Dischem Boksburg, (near Hifi corp.) Also to the nursing sisters and doctor at Health worx casualties next door to Dischem. On Wednesday the 13.09.2017 I was taking my mom to the Dischem so that she could collect her medication. On arrival at Dischem she unfortunately had a severe athsma attack. The lady at dispensery quickly realised it was a serious problem and immediately ran to call the Sister. Although the sister was already on her way out, she dropped her bags and immediately assisted. This was at around 17h45. The sister immediately arranged for a wheelchair and made arrangements for us to take her through to the casualty at Healthworx via the staff entrance/ exit of Dischem. The staff at Healthworx, with the exception of the young lady who assisted me to have a file opened- who I must assume was having a bad day, were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Luckily by this point I was too grateful for the help from the Dischem nurse and too busy informing my siblings about my mothers attack to bother with questioning her about why she seemed so irritable. Anyway, long story short, I would like to thank the lady at the Dischem dispensary for her quick thinking and willingness to help. We would like to extend a thank you to the Sister from Dischem for her willingness to help even though she was obviously already off duty. Ide also like to thank the Nursing sister in casualties at healthworx for the calm and professional manner in which she assisted us. She obviously knows what she is doing because the drip she put in didn’t bleed or bruise. She was such a kind lady. Then finally, Dr. Martelize Brand. Thank you for the sweet and compassionate way you assisted my mom! We are considering changing GP’s just because of the impact you made, the way you helped and for knowing exactly what to do. I wish I had gotten all your names but unfortunately that wasn’t on my mind
