testers are not for sale ... ever

I tried to purchase a lipstick it was out of stock on the shelf ( clearly the manager of this area has failed to do their job) so I took the tester in the hope that the manager of that department could or would be helpful and find me the lipstick I required. the 1st manager was beyond belligerent and then I lost my temper. a second manager was told to deal with me but she too was obnoxious and unhelpful ( its the bland face of I will not step out of my box that annoys me intensely) the 3rd manager beverly or belinda ( it matters not ) got super annoyed with me when I told her I expected to be treated with respect and to have good service as I pay her salary ( she objected to this comment by stupidly replying you do not pay my salary, dis-chem does - well work it out, with out customers dear belinda/ beverly dischem will NOT be paying your salary. I felt she took this stance with me as I am white and she deliberately pulled the ****** card. once afain I am sad to report that managers of big companies bully their client/customers to make their position feel more important. if she was a well trained manager she would have sold the tester to me and made me a happy customer and then this post would have been a glowing report about the wonderful customer care... sadly its not
