terrible service very disappointed

<p>I joint d ischem loyalty and of June so that I could qualify for the baby bag. The lady I spoke to told me what to do in order for me to qualifyI did just that and she also told me that I need to spend r600 using the d ischem loyalty card as well. So I went today to check how much I was left with to qualify as I was ready to purchase a few more items, she took the card and then told me that I was not registered (and mind you it's the same lady I went to initially) I got upset and she said that I would need to go to see the clinic visit again and that she is not sure if I'd get the baby bag she told me that I'd need to start afresh to spend. I was so annoyed I didn't have the energy to complain as I'm pregnant and walking in a mall big tummy and all is no child's play. I was so disappointed with the service I received the lady's name is Constance. Why didn't she do her job correctly the first time. Leaving the store I told myself I'm not going back to DISCHEM ever again!!!!</p>
