TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM NURSE

Terribly disgusted and disappointed in the service I received from the nurse today with my babies 10 week immunization, felt like I was at a government clinic. She did not acknowledge my husband, spoke to us as if we were kids. Made no eye contact was extremely cold had no customer service nor any EQ. I'm a paying customer and that will definitely be the last that Dischem Baywest sees me!!!
