Terrible customer service from dis chem La Lucia

I had a query regarding why I was being charged much higher in store compared to the price of the same product online. And I wait over 30 min for the manager who never came so I just decided to pay and leave. Even the tiller agreed with me that the price should be the same as it’s not online exclusive.

The managers at the La Lucia store need to be fired.
