Terrible Service from Dischem Dispensary

I am absolutely disgusted with the Dispensary at Dischem Hemingway Mall, East London. I have been getting my medication from them for the past 5 months as that is what my medical aid requires and every month there is a problem with my REPEAT script, one or other of the medication is left off with no explanation given as to why this was not included in the delivery. After waiting two weeks for my anti-depressant tablets and continuously phoning (to no avail as no one answers the phones) I then have to make a special trip out of my way to go to collect the medication and I get there and the medication is there and no apologies are given. I e-mail an additional script to be added to my monthly medication, no response is given as to whether the e-mail is received or not. I try phoning only for the phone to get picked up and put down in my ears 3 times. Now the medication arrives today without the medication that was on the new script. I was sent a message to contact the call centre. I did that and gave them my work address for the medication to be delivered to and yet the driver was sent to my home address. I am extremely upset that I should have to put up with such bad service and incompetency.
