Terrible service from Dis-chem clinic Rosebank

I phoned in on Friday an spoke to one of their sisters at the clinic and she said that i do not need a prescription for an injection when i have my clinic card, as long as the product is on my clinic card (as the local clinic did not have stock of the injection), when I got to Dis-Chem in Rosebank the dispensary send me to the clinic side, when I got to the clinic side the lady (not sure if she is a sister or not) sends me to the customer care center, finally I get attended to by the clinic sister witch refused to assist me as I do not have a government clinic card, but a clicks clinic card witch the local clinic has been using, then she called the clinic manager and he also refused to assist me and help me and he came forth in a very racial manner and he is not going to put his work on the line to assist me because of my clinic card not being an government clinic card. this is the worst service I have ever gotten from the Dis-chem dispensary.
