Terrible service for wheelchair delivery

I purchased a wheelchair for someone who is extremely ill and the promised pargo delivery duration was 3-5 days. This was on the 3rd of May. It has now been almost 2 weeks. Absolutely no answer on the customer care line and no answer on emails as to status of order. Order No: ***. This was for someone that urgently needs the wheelchair and I have no way of contacting Dischem to find out when it will eventually be delivered.
