Terrible service

Gateway branch in umhlanga, terrible service from the lady at the front Diedre her name is, ive been there two weeks ago and requested a call from the clinic as i needed to enquire about my sons 2 year vaccine, i tried calling the branch numerous times and left msgs for some one to call me, its now going to be 3 weeks and i still cant get any information.
