Terrible service - Complaint not resolved

Complaint was logged 11/01/2021 with Dischem iro oximeter that I should have received, I got an SMS on 08/01/2021 to collect and when I got there I was told that I should have called to reserve it. This process is not communicated to anyone, so now where is my oximeter? Still no answer or resolve to this complaint.
