Terrible service by Zanele at Woodmead Dis-Chem

I spoke to Zanele at Dischem Woodmead on Thursday morning, after being cut off twice and holding for 20 minutes each time. I also emailed her.Zanele promised that my medication will be delivered on Thursday afternoon. I informed her that it is urgent as I am being discharged from hospital and that I need the medication for pain and the antibiotic medication to continue the course. Zanele was very clear when she said that my medication will be delivered on Thursday afternoon. I kept on calling at 15:40 as the driver didn't arrive yet and once again I was just placed on hold for ages. I eventually emailed her and she sent me an email back at 16:20 (they closed at 17:00 on Thursday according to their website) that the medication will not be delivered on Thursday. I did ask her why she did not contact me or communicate this with me and I have received no response from her. She should have just been clear with me as I could have collected the medicine on my way home, but because of her disorganization, we had to make a special trip to go and collect the medicine. I really don't appreciate this ****py level of customer service.
