Terrible service at Dischem Rynfield Terrace

am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent experience at Dis-Chem Rynfield Terrace while attempting to collect prescribed medication for my daughter. After my daughter was examined by her GP, we went directly to the pharmacy. Following a wait of over thirty minutes, we were assisted by a staff member named Ntombi. Upon reviewing the prescription, she made a remark suggesting that my GP was “uyaphapha” for prescribing a throat spray. I found this comment inappropriate and unprofessional. She then left with the prescription and returned to say she was not comfortable dispensing the medication. After attempting to call my doctor and being informed that the doctor was unavailable, she questioned me about when I had seen the doctor. I explained that we had just come from the consultation and that my daughter had been examined. The tone and manner in which this was handled made me feel as though I was being treated with suspicion — almost as if I had forged the prescription. As a parent seeking treatment for my child, this was distressing and embarrassing. While I respect a pharmacist’s responsibility to exercise professional judgment, I believe this situation could and should have been handled with greater professionalism and courtesy. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and if I could receive feedback on the outcome
