Terrible service at Dischem Menlyn Mall

I booked an appointment for a clinic consultation at Dischem Menlyn mall, I arrived 5minutes before the appointment time but I only got assistance after waiting 30 minutes(this I understood because the nurse explained that she had an emergency) but I was later sent to get what I needed from the dispensary, I sat there for another 20 minutes without assistance. We sat there, no explanation, no apologies NOTHING.aftet leaving the dispensary, I still had to go back to the nurse who was already busy with someone else then go join the que to pay. The service I received today was completely appaling. I spent my whole lunch hour plus more at Dischem.
