Terrible service again from online department

Once again I did an online order for collection at Ballito junction. Now have a look a previous complaint it was same Dischem Did an online order on 19th. Sent an email yesterday to query my order and no response. Today I called and lady who answered my call said some of items are out of stock and they waiting for it. She asked if anyone contacted me so I said no. Then she says no items they dont have. My advise is stick to Dischem at lifestyle Centre . Get best service. Only reason why I chose again to deal with Dischem Ballito junction because it showed all items available.

Dischem Ballito junction closed nail bar and that was best thing going for them. With regard to online Dept. Close it down. Absolutely terrible terrible service.

I hope this gets to hear office and something is done. I have had 3 terrible experiences with online Dept at Ballito junction dischem I have asked for full refund. I hope this is processed asap
