Terrible Service

I went to the park station Dis-chem yesterday to purchase a few items, I then noticed a lip gloss that cost 14,99, however when I went to the till the price was R29.99, the cashier who was assisting me went to verify the price and confirmed indeed it was 14,99 which was wrong because it looked as though someone had swapped the tags from R29.99 to 14,99. She apologised and I agreed to let it go cause I could see that someone swapped the tags and I didn't want to fight. I was however not impressed when I had to wait a very long time for someone to come and void/cancel the transaction for the lip gloss, It seemed as though there was no supervisor on the floor. After being kept waiting for so long, the supervisor who came to cancel the transaction did not greet or acknowledge me as a customer which is very rude. I then asked the cashier for the supervisor's name, poor cashier was reluctant to give me her name because you could see she was afraid of her. Cashier's name is Tryphine Mahlaba, till 0002, time was 17:48. II'm impressed with the waiting period and supervisor 's attitude, what kind of example is setting for staff if she acts the way she did yesterday. I'm not happy at all.
