Terrible service

I use the Ozempic pen as it was prescribed to me for chronic reasons. The pen is also registered through my medical aid as chronic medicine. I do not use it for weight loss purposes, but for medical reasons. Every month, it is a struggle getting my medication as Dis-chem in various areas in Cape Town never has stock. Today again I have been told that in order to get my medication, I have to drive from Milnerton to Stellies. Last month I had the choice between Paarl and Constantia. This is unacceptable. I do not understand why provision is made for all other chronic medication of mine, but not a pen I need for diabeties 2. I am really dissatisfied with the service. When you send out a WhatsApp to order/collect my medication, what is the purpose thereof if some of the meds are just “always out of stock”? Do you not care about your chronic patients, or is “survival of the fittest” to get hold of medication I really need? When pharmacists are asked to check whether stock could possibly available at a MediClinic nearby, every pharmacist has a different story/reason as to why it is not possible to see/check on the system. I have to take off early from work to drive around to get medication I need as Dis-chem only deliver in a certain km radius. Do you care at all for your customers? Highly disappointed, once again.
