TERRIBLE SERVICE

<p>I placed an online order on the 25/01 and by the 30th had received nothing while my colleagues who had ordered later had already received their parcels.</p> <p>I called and checked what was going on and the lady Jessie assured me i would get it on the 30th. On the Wednesday when I still hadn't received it (1st Feb) i called once again. It took them 10 min to even find my order only to find out there was some kind of problem, no one informed me about and that it still wasn't ready. The stock wasn't even with them.</p> <p>Completely average service. Over promise and under deliver just all round TERRIBLE service. SO UNHAPPY!</p>
