Terrible service

It's the 10th of February 2021,16:33pm and I'm at the Wonderpark Dis-chem and legit there's only 2 people assisting at the Dispensary pharmacy section. There is more than 20 people in line and you can imagine how much longer the line seems with social distancing included. I'm completely baffled by the fact that there seems to be 2-3 other workers walking around and seeming busy with medication and their computer screens for a few seconds instead of helping their co-workers by assisting us,the customers. I mean I could honestly watch all 7 Harry Potter movies and still be assisted by Voldemort himself before I actually get any help from this pharmacy.
