Terrible serive

Sunday the 24th March I went to dis-chem The Glen to complain about the nappies I bought every second nappy breaks. This is suppose to be a quality nappy Molicare super which cost R289 per pack I buy 4packets a month @ dis-chem every month. On Sunday I spoke to MacDonald who wasn't really interested in my story just told me to write my name and number on a piece of paper and he will ask the Rap to call me by Tuesday. Till today no call received from the Rap nor from MacDonald. These nappies are not cheap my helper already threw a pack away because it kept on breaking one after the other. Like seriously guys maintaining a disable child already cost a arm and a leg I need this sorted out A.S.A.P
