TERRIBLE ONLINE SERVICE

I ordered 2 separate online purchases on 2 separate occasions in MARCH and BOTH of my orders had almost HALF my items MISSING when i received it. It has been over two months now and I am still waiting for my refund for BOTH the incomplete orders. Completely unacceptable.
