Terrible online service

Online delivery service is terrible - they really need to follow in the footsteps of other retailers who deliver products on the same day or in 2-3 days. They say they deliver in 2-3 days to major metros but they don't. My order has been later EVERY SINGLE TIME and usually it takes a week or more to get your order, and then only after phoning around to find out where it is. No one seems to care and there is no sense of urgency. Bear in mind that people are often ordering toiletries or medical items that they need in a hurry. Please please Dischem fix your online ordering.
