Terrible Experience/Worst Customer Service

Good Day, I have been shopping by Dischem for years now. Yesterday I went into the Dischem in Village Square in Durbanville, in my Wellness Warehouse uniform. Also note that I've been doing this for years and haven't any issues over the years. And I shopping at Cavendish, Mitchell Plain Promenade, The Point Seapoint. I even know people that work at Dischem and have good relationship with them. But for reason yesterday a oldish blonde lady decides to ask me if I need help. I tell I am just looking around, but thank you. As that's what a person does, before you buy and I was checking out what they stock. After I asked where the Himalaya is. She starts getting ****y and asked me if I'm there to spy. After which I demanded the manager, cause I'm a customer and that's straight up chasing me away. The worst part I don't work at the Wellness warehouse in Village Square. The manage ends up coming and he is ****y as well. Smirk on the face, telling me he heard things and well I am spying. I can go log a complaint. He doesn't care. How is he a manager? What does he teach he's staff? Is this how you treat customers at Dischem?! This is terrible?!. Is this how Dischem operates now? I will clearly be discouraging from buy there. Note that I usually try and get a lot of my shopping items at Dischem, as gain ucounts. I was so furious I ended walking out of the store and bought nothing. I would like to hear from your regional manager. I'm starting to question whether Dischem really cares?!.....
