Terrible experience at Dischem The Glen
Yesterday I went to Dischem The Glen to get my prescription. I had a bad experience with almost every single person I dealt with yesterday. It started with the Pharmacist who was singing and talking to another work colleague while I am trying to talk to her. I looked at her name badge and she then asks me why am I looking at her name and I told her because she is rude that's why. She then says sorry. I then ask a gentlemen where I can find something and he politely spoke to me and asked another lady to help me find it on the shelf. The other lady then gets to where the product is on the shelf and points to it. She doesn't say a word. Then I get to the till point the screen flashes and tells me to go to Teller 13. I get there and someone else is still paying. I ask the lady why did she tell me to come if she is busy. She says she didn't call me. Also with a horrible attitude. I then tell her that everyone who works in this Dischem is very rude. I then go to Teller 14 and that lady starts fighting with me? Telling me not everyone is rude while also being rude! At that point I snapped and asked for a manager. Another lady then calls for Jose who didn't even bother coming.
