Terrible experience and service!

After years of dealing at Linden Pharmacy where I could find no fault, they were taken over by Dis-Chem. What a drop in service. Staff are rude and unaccommodating. Managers are no better with their assistance. Pharmacist maintained I never paid last call however medicines are crated in a crate which one takes to the counter to pay, so not sure how I had not paid. Perhaps their record keeping and accounting skills need looking into. Today my wife went in for her script only to be told, after three repeats that they cannot find her script!
