Terrible Dis-chem online service. Be warned.

Do not pay for any goods before ordering online at Dis-chem. If items are out of stock you are going to wait for a very long time for your money to be paid back. I ordered several items and paid on 6 June. One item of R 333 was out of stock, BUT THERE WAS NO WARNING THAT IT WAS OUT OF STOCK. 1. No phone service available over weekends. 2. During week phone just keeps on ringing - no answer. After an e-mail I was informed it may take up to 14 days for my money to be paid back. 14 days in this digital era? No, the fault does not belong to the bank as they claim! I am still waiting for my money today, 22 June. Will I get it back? I am getting doubtful.
