Terrible customer service, no action.

1. We have not received the total digital stickers due to us, as we did not receive the plus 1 sticker for each Johnsons Baby wipes. This was before the end of the sticker promotion. We have been in conctact with customer care and we are beign sent around in circles and still no stickers. 2. We were not informed in store that we could get our stickers digitially until we placed a click-and collect order and we received digital stickers. We were told that we could enquire about consolidating our stickers from our book with ourdigital stickers, as it was a result of not being asked or made aware of the option at the till-point.
