Terrible Customer service

I asked my husband to go to the Dischem Meadowdale store to purchase me a foundation or the equivalent of the one I had and some other items for me as I need to use these for a function I am attending in this week.

However not only did they not know what he was talking about (which means either they don't know what they are selling [FOUNDATION IS WORN BY ALL THE CASHIERS AND LADIES IN THE STORE...] or they just didn't want to help him).

On top of that they have the audacity to call him MAM... and laugh at him as he walked away - which is disgusting behavior from any staff at any place.

We buy from the store once a month and he is there every month...

I don't appreciate this behavior and I don't have to put up with it.

I cut up my clicks cards and didn't buy my stuff from checkers because dischem was very convenient , however due to the incident that happened today,

We will no longer be buying from dischem, and I will be discouraging all friends and family from going there as well.

A little bit of respect for a customer goes a long way...

I will be going to get the items I needed THAT I NOW DON'T HAVE due to your *********** staff from clicks on Wednesday morning when I can get there myself.

I will be making sure to get a Clicks card and I'm sure they would appreciate me, my family, friends and all I know supporting them.

NOT HAPPY WITH DISCHEM...
