terrible customer service

I was recently shut out of dis chem after being told the store was closed. the security guard told me that i cannot enter even though i only needed to buy formula for my infant child. i was told to go and try at Clicks.<br> <br> The funny part is another customer handed said security guard money to go into the store to purchase an item for him. when i asked why this is allowed he said it was because it was an emergency, he continued to speak to the other customer in his language as if i was invisible. I spend ?R3000 per month at Dischem on formula,nappies,toiletries etc but i will never return to dischem if that is the kind of treatment i receive.
