Terrible Customer Service

I have received my statement showing my accumulated points, i am very shocked at the amount of points allocated.

I used to have a benefits card and when my wallet was ****** i tried to access my old card through the carnival store and was told that there is no record of me. i then got a second card and shopped on the day for over R600, and have made other purchases as well since. my reason for checking points is that i am currently pregnant and wanted to earn enough points to qualify for the maternity bag. clearly Dischem does not care about its customers as even though i am shopping there nothing is being captured.
