Terrible customer service

Good day.i was there the end of Januarie 2023 to purchase R1000 so i can qualify for the baby bag programme.after i asked the Lady behind the till if my points on the card Will also qualify to make my purchase R1000,she said yes.she didnt mention that some of the products that I bought want qualify for the bag.i asked her after my purchase if everything is all right now,so i must Just want for the baby bag to Come.i want back in Last week and was told by staff that I was never registered for the bag and the couldnt find my form.after i let the store highly upset a cashier phoned me to tell me i must Come back and buy for another R10 to qualify for the bag.the manager of dischem baby City value centre couldnt resolve my mater.and clearly customers dont matter to them.i phoned today to hear if everything was sorted.when Will i get my bag,the manager told me hê cant help me,a Lady at head office called tamlyn Will phone me.i spore to her Just for her to tell me i need to buy for a R125 in order to receive the bag.first of all i app**** for the bag in 2020 at the normal dischem and there were no problems yet now being 31 weeks pregnant being treated like **** after staff and manager cant even give you the correct info or help.customer service is terrible and I would advise anyone who wants to visit dischem baby City value centre n1 City to stay away.they treat you like ****,staff gets away with everything where in their case customers is ****.
