Terrible customer experience!

I ordered items on Dischem online and my order was accepted and I paid for the items, upon me awaiting delivery of the items I was sent an email stating that they do not have stock of some of the items I ordered, this is the 2nd time this has happened to me, what is even more frustrating is that Dischem conveniently decided to credit my dischem profile with the money for the items I wanted to buy instead of refunding back to my original payment method so that I can purchase these items somewhere else seeing that they never have stock I tried calling their customer care line and ended up waiting a good 40 min before the line was answered, only to be told I had to be transferred to another department of which I waited for over 30 minutes and no one answered, this is the most disgusting service I have ever received! I want my money to be refunded @dischem!
