Terrible Courier service aligned to Dis-chem online order

Hi Dischem,

I had your driver arrive, refuse to park correctly in my drive way - parked in the road facing oncoming traffic, refused to accept OTP to transfer parcel to me. Insisted that i must go back in side my house to fetch my ID. When i said your text says proof of id or OTP, I had the OTP he kept insisting, so i said he is welcome to return the parcel to Dischem and you guys can REFUND me in full.

I honestly dont have time for this level of experience, during my work day, whilst I have a client call on hold, which should have been a two second transaction with Dischem, became a battle of wills with a driver that doesn't accept your client facing protocol.

I have zero interest in engaging with this kind of client engagement.

Please refund me to my ABSA Chq account ***.

And note i will not be purchasing through Dis-chem online again in future.
