Terrible call center

Call centre waiting time is ridiculous. I phoned 4 times this morning and I was kept on hold for long durations and only to be reverted back to the same person or even worse got cut off twice. I was told I'd be sent an email, this was 30 minutes ago, still no email. All I needed to know is which Dischem in Durban has a partivular vaccine, but Nooooo! Dischem will keep you waiting for long periods and the just cut you off!!!
