Terrible Bayside Dischem service

I received terrible service last week on Friday from the pharmacy in Bayside Mall , Cape Town. I had called the call centre and asked for an appointment to be be booked there on Friday the 26th @4:30. I got there and was told the call centre did not make a booking and I can send a message to their number directly to make a booking and I did that but it’s still fully booked , the number isn’t being answered when I wanted to complain to the sister for the inconvenience I was brushed off and I left! If this is the service that is being offered then it’s pointless operating the clinic service if the buck is passed and no one is accountable or apologizes
