TERIBBLE SERVICE DELIVERY

Normally I get great service from Dis-Chem Overport, but I am not sure what has happened recently. Last month my medication was delivered late after me phoning in several time.

I ordered medication via a script 2 days ago via the app. Monday 10:09. My order was acknowledged and packed for delivery at 11:07 Monday. I called at 12:28 on Tuesday to follow up - no answer.

I used the app at 13:17 and the message I got was "as per telephonic conversation this morning. Your order is out for delivery today. Please note this computer does not allow calls"

At 16:20 on Tuesday i called the store again and i was told that the driver cancelled the order ...whhhhaaaaat - IS THE DRIVER STILL EMPLOYED

Here's the joke - I get an SMS at 8:35 this morning (Wednesday) telling my my medication has been delivered. I call the store and my medication hasn't even left the store huh

This is the message "Morning - hoping you are well. Not sure if someone had called you yesterday as a number of orders were returned to store unfortunately and will be resent this morning. Apologies for the inconvenience!"

What utter incompetence. We are patients on the other side trust Dis-Chem.

I refuse to deal with DISCHEM OVERPORT EVER. IF i do get the same nonsense from other Dischem stores...remember theirs other competitors that do the same thing as you.
