Temperature taking is done incorrectly

I've been to the Victory Park store twice in the past week. As a medical professional, I think they're doing a great job at sanitising people before entering and I think the pegs are a great idea. The only thing I need to bring to the attention of management is that the gent who took my temperature touched my forehead with the thermometer both times. Needless to say, this is unsanitary and dangerous in light of Covid-19. I think the staff just needs to be educated on how to use the thermometer properly and I don't believe it was done on purpose. But well done on managing protocols with such a large store.
