Taking money and refusing to refund

I ordered medication from the Dis-Chem app on 22 December. The money was taken from my account immediately. I never received the delivery. When I informed Dis-Chem thereof, they informed me that the driver couldn’t get hold of me. The was no call or message from the driver. I sent my profile details to them with the correct number as they were calling a different number.

Today is 6 January, nearly 3 weeks later, no refund received.

I will never support Dis-Chem again!
