I contacted dis-chem Mondeo for my chronic script to be email to me that was before 12h00 in order for me to get my medication from clicks and my medical aid is not charging co-payment for non DSP. however I have not received my script. I don't have my medication anymore

I received a call from number ********** and the person promised to email my script when I call back the line did not go through and then I call ********** and requested to be pu through to dispensary. someone in dispensary picked up and transfer me to dis-chem clinic and I was transfer again to dispensary I kept on holding until the call was disconnected. I tried again and dispensary did not pick my call. I'm so frustrated I have to knock off at 15h30 I'm afraid I'm not going to get my medication. please send my script to ********** before 15h30 today and after 15h30 send it to ********** my name is Carol Ndima
