Systems down again. Vitality pleeeeease give us another option over Dischem for our rewards
<p>Again it happens, walk in to Dischem to buy some urgently needed baby formula with my cashbacks from using Discovery Vitality Healthycare benefit. Get to the counter and hey surprise our systems are down yet again. but dont worry the "should" be back up again tomorrow so you can come get your stuff tomorrow afternoon. I am honestly sick of it, Please can Vitality give us an option with someone whos systems can handle a rewards programe. This has happened twice now and twice today at two different Dis-Chems. I honestly cant take it anymore.</p>
Just to add to this, i ended up buying a small tin of formula with cash obviously as their systems are always down and although the expiry date is fine the formula was rotten, it actually tasted like poison. So its been a wonderful night with a child that hasnt eaten. Thank you Dis-Chem.
