System not user friendly at all

Hi I am currently pregnant and I have been trying to activate my loyalty card and get a virtual baby program card. There is nothing that I have not done I still can’t get this baby program card. I tried on the app on your wtsapp even email and still no virtual card. I want to start buying things but now I can’t cos I also am on vitality and I need it to be activated so I can get discounts and points.,
