System malfunction and poor reimbur*****t

Terrible reimbur*****t. Paid for my goods and had the money go off of my account but the computer malfunctioned. I was informed I had to leave the goods as they didn't have proof the money reflected on their side. Two days later and I still have not been reimbursed the money that left my account and they won't allow me to take the products I purchased. Said it could take 7 to 10 days for me to receive my money back due to their system error
