Congratulations to the Manager at Dischem Brackendowns. I had a problem with people who are not disabled parking in those bays without any consideration. On Saturdays, the biltong shop put up a tent, making the parking unavailable on a regular basis. Eventually, we brought it to the attention of the manager at Dischem. Another thing we noticed is that he is the go-to person for his knowledge in the centre, while the centre management is always unavailable. We feel comfortable approaching him with any issues related to Dischem operations and disability parking. Unfortunately, the issues around disabled parking lie directly with the guards, as they don't care as long as they receive money. Amk person you should treasure in your organisation I truly hope Dischem takes considerate measures for this Manager's endless strive for client satisfaction.
