Sunward Park Dischem unfriendly bad service from staff!!

Today my partner and I went to Dischem in Sunward Park to check if the do infants ear piercing. We first went to the health wellness clinic side , the was two doors next to each other , one closed the other open . So my partner went to the one open as he was about to knock , the gentleman inside who was talking over the phone quickly said “Sorry this is the managers office “ and pointed the door and continued with his telephone conversation Firstly, the signage is bad . There was nothing that said ‘manager’ on the door as it had the wellness clinic signage . As we moved to the second door which was closed, we knocked and a nurse came out and rudely said ‘I’m still busy please wait I’ll be with you when I’m done ‘ . We couldn’t even ask if we at the right place if we want to do the piercing .. Again , no signage of “please take a sit and we will assist you when door closed “ or something informative. We then decided to ask one of the gentlemen we bumped into who did not have any knowledge but went and asked his colleague whom I guess is senior than him as we followed , the colleagues response was “how old “ and we rep**** 7 months and just said no only from 3 years old and quickly dismissed us and rushed to assist another customer. Didn’t get a chance to ask her if it’s Dischem nationwide or just this branch. We were very disappointed at how everyone we interacted with was so unfriendly . Customers don’t know everything but it wouldn’t hurt just to try and be nice and politely inform them . This was a bad customer service experience.
