Sudden shockingly bad service! I am so disappointed in your service 1st time ever!

I want my delivery please.

And I want to know if I order what's in my cart now, will I have to wait this long again? As this is ridiculous... Your company should have planned adequately for the black Friday palava. It's not my or any other customer's issue.

I am seriously disappointed in this sloppy service. I'm not used to this from your company.

I've got items waiting in my cart for a week, but want confirmation that the delivery won't be as long and awful as it has been.

I will edit this review once I have the service I'm used to.

Thank you for your response and understood.

However, as such a big company and organisation one would expect you to "give a heads up" SHOULD there be problems. Not actively work according to a 14day delivery turn-around time. Especially considering I ensured to order before "Black Friday", just for interest sake. Black Friday last year was a breeze with your company, as well as every other day of the year.

So, if I order what is in my cart now, am I going to have to wait 14days for my next delivery? Is this now going to be common practice?

And sorry I was unable to answer calls yesterday, I was at the Ekuruheleni Awards for education with district directors and MEC representatives.

Dischem fb: Unfortunately, our turnaround time for delivery is 14 days at the moment and due to the backlog from the orders on Black Friday your new order will take up to 14 days. Dis-Chem Pharmacies absolutely shameful and disappointing for the first time ever in the history of your company...I hope someone addresses the matter and the teams/managers at fault get warnings etc...this can result in some long term damage and customer dissatisfaction for you all. Thank you for letting me know that Clicks etc can get my R3000+ rather....
