Kindly note that the PMB code used for Urton and Mocrodentin is N31.1, as was also received from Dis-Chem Killarney in the previous month. This is the correct ICD-10 code for my Prescribed Minimum Benefit (PMB), as required by Dr. Adam, for a urinary tract infection due to intermittent catheterisation also attached experienced the same incorrect ICD10 code with lancet hence is essential to provide the correct N31.1 code for the patient to receive medical supplies timeously.

Kindly resubmit claim with N31.1 to discovery as received from Dischem Killarney previous month as discussed with Discovery Ms Ashley sivak and Nokuphiwa.

Please ensure this code is correctly app**** for the current claim as well. We have attempted to contact you on *** to no avail. The driver Joshua Victor Chabata was unable to deliver due to incorrect ICD10 codes being used and also urton and microdentin was ion one delivery unit which could not be separated very concerned patient. The very same incident with incorrect ICD10 code was used by Logan pharmacy dispensers for Urton few months back and now the same with microdentin where Dischem at Killarney used tte correct ICD10 code for microdentin last month very strange when patient with neuropathic bladder has to get kicked from pillar to post with no medication despite having provided all documentation pertaining to patients requirements and for authorisation. For PMB strangely discovery knowing full well is of very little help.
