Sub standard Volcano watches

Got a volcano watch for Chritmas from my wife. Then the battery started to give issues. We went to Mall@carnival and they replaced it without any issues. I had the phone for a few days and when I wanted to charge it the phone wouldn't charge at all. One expect to buy quality products from a well known brand such as Dischem.
